We are a family run company based in Earls Colne, Essex. As a registered and full member of the Coal Merchants
Federation we deliver and sell quality smokeless fuels for your fireplaces, boilers and multi-fuel stoves.
We are also an Approved Woodfuel Merchant, suppling the highest quality seasoned/kiln dried hardwood
logs for you woodburners and multifuel stoves.

As a two-person team, we handle every part of the journey—from sourcing and delivering top-quality fuel to answering your calls and making sure you’re never left in the cold. With a shared passion for great service and honest, hard work, we’re here to keep your fires burning and your home cozy, all year round.

Sam founded the company along with Holly in 2015. If you call our office to place an order or collect your coal it will likely be Sam that you will speak with. Role: Customer Services Rep, Yard Attendant and Tea Boy

Holly, along with Sam setup the company in 2015. Since it started Holly has been responsible for the company accounts, it’s systems and general administration. With the growth of the business her role has also meant that she is now responsible for taking orders along with the smooth running of the office.
