I wanted to thank you for the excellent service I received from you last week. Having found you on the Internet (I had seen your truck locally so knew you were out there somewhere) I had to wait until my daughter was in bed before placing my order, meaning it must have been after 8 when I finally got to sit down. I couldn’t believe it when you phoned before 9.30 a.m the next day asking if you could deliver that lunch time. And I can’t tell you how grateful I was for you taking all those bags of coal to the back of the garden for me rather than just dumping them at my gate, and my friend was so pleased too when you brought hers in for her. Excellent service and fantastic price too,by far cheaper than anywhere else I’ve looked. Will definitely use you again, and I’m in the process of convincing anyone else I know to do the same.
Thank you again for your help, speed and service

Jason

Not something I usually do to sit and write a GOOD review, BUT this was some of the best customer service I've had in recent times, friendly to deal with, best prices around and help getting it into the shed from the road. Wont need some for a while but when I do I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

Shiela

This is our first time of using your company. I would like to say thank you for a very prompt, efficient service. We will be ordering from you again.
